"What are the first steps?"
We like to get a feel for your house and answer any questions you may have about us or our service face-to-face. Once we have met you and you’re happy to proceed we will get one of our friendly staff over to take some photos and note down important details.
"Can I change my calendar if I decide I need to use my property for a week?"
Yes, the great thing with short-term lets is the flexibility. We just ask that you give a couple weeks notice so that the cancelled guest isn’t left stranded for their upcoming visit.
"Will I be able to check the bookings?"
Yes you can log in to Airbnb anytime to check the bookings, read reviews, monitor our email exchanges or track how much money you’ve earned this month.
I'm worried about guests damaging my property...
The safety of your property is of paramount importance to us and we take this very seriously. Before accepting any booking we check feedback scores to ensure they are trusted guests. Websites such as Airbnb do also provide a guarantee to cover you against theft or damage. We do also recommend you take out house insurance to cover you against anything not covered.
"Can you list my property on Airbnb?"
Certainly. We are happy to come round and take photos on our professional camera and can give tips to make the place look more appealing to potential guests. We also put your property on similar sites to increase your occupancy rates!
